Your responsibilities

As a Talent Manager (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for our talents and ensure that they are optimally supported both strategically and operationally.
Your main responsibilities include:

🎯 Strategic management: Building, developing, and supporting influencers & content creators (e.g., on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
🤝 Relationship management: Personal contact with talents, advising on career development, positioning, and branding
💡 Campaign management: Planning, negotiating, and executing collaborations with brands and agencies
🧠 Brand & career development: Creating individual growth strategies, social media analyses, and content optimization
📊 Contract & project management: Managing contract negotiations, briefings, timelines, and reporting
📈 Market observation & trends: Actively monitoring relevant platforms, trends, and creator communities
🤝 Collaboration with other teams: Close coordination with the Influencer Marketing, Sales, PR, and Creative departments

Your profile

✅ At least 3 years of professional experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, or agency environment
✅ Initial professional experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, or an agency environment
✅ Passion for the creator economy, social media, and digital trends
✅ Organizational talent with an independent, structured way of working
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills when dealing with talents and partners
✅ Confident handling of social media platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace
✅ Fluent German and good English skills
